In the Matter of the Consideration of the removal of Hon. David Gross from the office of Judge of the Nassau County District Court, Tenth Judicial District, pursuant to New York State Constitution, Article 6, section 22 and Judiciary Law section 44, subd. 8.

On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable David Gross is removed, effective immediately, from his office of Judge of the Nassau County District Court, Tenth Judicial District, pursuant to New York Constitution, article VI, § 22(f) and Judiciary Law § 44(8). Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Ciparick, Graffeo, Read, Smith, Pigott and Jones concur.
